China Education Resources To Significantly Expand Its Online Teacher Training Program Into China's Liaoning Province After Receiving Official Endorsement By Education Officials

The initial presentation to cover more than 100,000 teachers in 4,000 schools

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - (March 29, 2011) - China Education Resources, Inc. ("CER") (TSXV: CHN, OTCQX: CHNUF), a leading provider of online learning, training and tools teachers, students and education professionals in China, announced today it has received official approval of the provincial education officials from Liaoning to provide online teacher training and curricula in relation to the country's mandate to continue education program credit.

Liaoning province, with more than 43 million residents in 14 cities, covering 56.300 miles square, has 9,000 schools with 294 teachers of 961 instructions to 4.5 million students. The Provincial Education Commission selected five cities, representing approximately 104,490 teachers and 1. 600,000 students, to start the program initially in March. These five cities select 800 teachers each, for a total of 4,000 teachers, to participate in the initial program. The price for every teacher training program, to be funded by provincial and municipal governments shall be 200 yuan (30 U.S. dollars). Vancouver, Canada - (May 4, 2011) - China Education Resources, Inc. ("CER") (TSXV: CHN, OTCQX: CHNUF), a leading provider of online learning, training and tools for teachers, students and education professionals in China, announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2010. All figures are in U.S. dollars.

Educational Resources of China has generated a gross income of $ 5,436,165 in 2010. This compares with revenue of $ 2,790,137 for the same period in 2009, representing an increase of 95% of revenues. We recorded a net loss of $ 615 832 (including non-cash expenses stock-based compensation of $ 623,449) compared to a net loss of $ 2,080,670 for the same period in 2009.
